RANDOM DRAWING/SELECTION OF WINNER/ODDS: Potential winners (each a “Winner”, collectively the “Winners”) will be selected from among all eligible entries received in a random drawing conducted by the Administrator at its offices in Central Hong Kong, HK. The drawing will take place on or about September 27, 2024. The drawing will be conducted by the Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Giveaway. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES:
There will be one (1) Winner in the Giveaway. Each Winner will receive one (1) prize described below chosen by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: 69.9 EUR, which includes all Taxes and Fees. If the actual value of the the prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Content of engraving subject to approval of Administrator.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential Winners will be notified by email on or about September 27, 2024 and will be required to complete, sign and return within three (3) business days of date of notification an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Indemnification, a Publicity Release where allowed by law, as well as other documents that Sponsor may require collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”). Failure to respond to the initial notification within three (3) business days after notification, return of email notification as undeliverable after two (2) attempts, or failure to return the completed and signed Prize Claim Documents within the indicated time period will results in disqualification, prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate potential Winner from among all remaining eligible entries received (time permitting).
In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the Authorized Account Holder of the email address reflected in the online account registration. For purposes of these Official Rules, “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associates with the submitted email address.
DISPUTES. To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or the awarding of the Prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgements and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Giveaway, but in no event attorney’s fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplies or otherwise increased.
