Shipping Policy & Refund

How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed for shipping. Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We aren’t perfect.

 

What about shipping?

We ship Handso everywhere in the world. Shipping times depend on your location with the following estimated times: 
  • Italy: 1-2 days
  • US: 7-10 days
  • European Area: 7-10 days
  • Others: 9-15 days depending on the location.

Customs
When applicable, you, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence. We are not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies, and it is not our responsibility to inform the customer about these agencies and their actions. Please consult your country’s customs office to understand their procedures and any possible charges.

 

How about if I am not entirely satisfied?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return the product and ask for a refund within 15 days from the date you received it.

Please note if an order was made by mistake, you must let us know within 2 hours from the time the order was placed to be eligible for cancellation and refund. Send any cancellation or refund requests via email to this address: hello@handso.it
Please keep in mind that if the order is outside the cancellation window or has already shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If we are unable to cancel your order, you can always return your order for a full refund. 

Note that this will incur a return shipping cost.
